__NOWYSIWYG__ Sebrani is a construction worker, who may be found in the southwestern end of Brachy Town, idling in the road works site. He is a foreman on sewer system maintenance projects, overseeing his team of workers on the site, and does his best to maintain a calm composure, but will fall into a panic when something goes wrong on the job. When you have led both Missing Worker 1 and Missing Worker 2 safely to the exit, Sebrani will hail you as a hero, and give you CD 13 as a reward.
