Neimoidian bird cages were small devices used for holding avians such as the pylat bird. These cages were fitted with force field generators built in to confine the bird. A thin perch rose from a pole in the center of the cage's base. These cages were found aboard Lucrehulk-class battleships such as Saak'ak during the Invasion of Naboo.
