Sto Lat is a fictional town in Terry Pratchett's Discworld novels. Its name is taken from "lat Sto lat", a cheerful Polish song traditionally sung at birthdays and other celebrations, equivalent to English Birthday to You Happy Birthday to You. Sto lat literally translates from Polish as 'a hundred years' and is used in the song to wish someone one hundred years of life.
