Happosai Hanju, also known as The Great Pervert, is a Jonin in the Hidden Leaf Village. He is infamously known for his mastery of the transformation jutsu which he uses as a tool to spy on women in the public baths. He is also known for using this technique in battle and has been labeled as a master of it.
