Anthony Rodrigo was a character on DEXTER. He was a crack dealer who had a habit of killing people who got in his way. Sergeant James Doakes and Detective Angel Batista were able to build a decent manslaughter case against him. Unfortunately, Dexter Morgan had other plans and intentionally screwed the blood work up so he could have Rodrigo to himself. He was later killed by Dexter with a cordless reciprocating saw and one of his many victims prior to the beginning of the series. He is identified during the Bay Harbor Butcher Investigation in Season 2. He was killed in 2002, as told by his paranoid neighbor's notebooks, which tell that he was carried out of his home by another man, and placed in a car.
