The Earth Resources Board is a directors' board within the Secret Department of Investigation. Their purpose is to make decisions regarding problems involving replenishment of resources on Earth, such as oil, natural gas and other resources used for fuel. The Earth Resources Board once gave the Super Friends the authority to bring down the Blue Jet, which was the cause of the metals in the United States becoming worthless residual metals.
