Belaruk (BEH-le-rök) is a country created by the union of Belarus and Ukraine. It was the 3rd economic power of Europe in the year 2266 (4 years before the nuclear apocalypse caused by Lithuania). Its capital was Kiev. During the Fallout Era, it became less powerful and joined Zapadrussia in the year 4294. As of 2270, Belaruk's population was around 69 860 335 people.
