Cybo were humans who had had body parts replaced by cybernetic parts, resulting in their being relegated to second-class citizens. They were note allowed to drink alcohol. If they were more than 60 per cent cybernetic parts then their civil rights bracket was lowered and they were classed as humanoid machines.
