Yardley is a large suburb in the southeast of Birmingham, England. It was mostly untouched by postwar development, rapidly expanding during the interwar period, unlike Sheldon and Stechford nearby. Three 6 storey tower blocks were built along Hobmoor Road, adjacent to the Yew Tree shopping area of Yardley: * Danesmoor House * Frogmoor House * Gosmoor House To the southwest is South Yardley.
