The Assemblage is a governing body in Illian that shares power with the Council of Nine and the King. The Assemblage was created by Nicoli Merseneos den Ballin at the same time as the Council of Nine. It is assumed that the Assemblage focuses primarily on matters of trade. It is not known what has happened to their status or members after Rand al'Thor gained the Laurel Crown.
