An Exotic alien is an alien life form with a body shape not fitting into any other category. Sometimes they may be partly humanoid, but are often very altered in shape. Exotic aliens can, however, have almost any body plan. There are two sub-categories of Exotic. These are the "Physical" Exotics and the "Apparational" Exotics, named for their corporeal and incorporeal natures respectively.
