The Dreadspawn Maw is a colossal demon who is the mother of the Stygians, and is one of the four demonic Overlords of the Domain of Anguish. The visible portions of her body consist of an enormous fanged maw surrounded by tentacles and fanged trenches known as spawning tunnels. Unlike the other Overlords, she is not fought directly; instead she is slain by destroying her Smothering Tendrils.
