Locomo IF (ロコモＩＦ Rokomo IF?) is the sub-boss of the Energy Facility, Cubit Foxtar's stage from Mega Man Zero 3. It consists of a red or blue circle in the center of the room. There are also two floating platforms, one on either side. There are also 3 Top Gabyoalls, one on the left wall, right wall and on the floor. There are also two narrow platforms on both walls, with a little safe spot from the Gabyoalls. The Locomo IF changes colors periodically. If it is red, it will shoot flames from its sides. If it is blue, it shoots freezing fog from its sides.
