The last surviving member of the Waddlemeyer family member. Gosalyn is an orphaned little girl, and also the precocious granddaughter of the late Professor Waddlemeyer. After she lost all of her biological relatives after her grandfather was murdered by Taurus Bulba's henchmen the previous year before the story begins, she was placed in the St. Canard Orphanage where no perspective parent wanted to adopt her because she was labeled as a "problem child". In order to obtain the password code to access the stolen Waddlemeyer Ramrod invented by her late grandfather, the ruthless and bullish criminal kingpin, Taurus Bulba, sent his henchmen, Hammerhead Hannigan to attempt to kidnap her since he believes that she knows the access code.
