Lord Hater is the Supreme Leader of the Organization and the most feared Pirate criminal in Delfino Plaza. He was forced framed and arrested for being a Sub-Boss of President Nightmare's rule by the Smasher Police. He is a greedy Skullfaced Space-Pirate who wants money and can be Harsh and Destructive. In the finale of the series, he rejoined Nightmare in The Final Destructors.
