Graciella is Dorothy Zbornak's cousin. In the episode The Sisters, Dorothy begs Angela Vecchio to reconcile with her mother Sophia Petrillo, for her favorite niece (she means herself), to which Angela responds "What's your Cousin Graciella got to do with this?".
