This Executive Order promulgated by the Charter Convention Executive Board and ratified by a special session of the Charter Convention ended the Robin Hood Rebellion. The Board was influenced by several factors: Secret talks began in 2854 CE between members of Charter Convention’s executive board and representatives of the Rebellion leaders and the final draft of the amnesty agreement were initialed by the parties in 2856 CE.
