Captain Geras Sylevar is the leader of the rangers of Illunii. Although acting like a loyal officer to his elven masters, he is actually secretly aligned with the Dwarven Triad, taking orders from Vulture. He helped bring Persephone Barca and several others to Shipwreck Cove to move to the next stage in the Triad's plan.
