Qonqar was a male Klingon Defense Force tactical officer serving aboard the IKS veScharg'a by 2381. During the Borg Invasion of 2381, the veScharg'a and the IKS Sturka were deployed to protect the planet Morska. Qonqar was responsible for firing weapons and keeping their shield grid balanced for optimal protection from the Borg onslaught. After defeating the two Borg cubes, Qonqar routed an after-action report from the Sturka to Captain Krogan's command monitor. (ST - Destiny novel: Lost Souls)
