Ivinobia was the location of a secret Galactic Alliance fighter development center. In 45 ABY, Kracor sent his apprentice Decessus to steal the plans for a high tech fighter, but both the GA and Sith forces were overrun by Foktir and the Dark Corps. Decessus and the fighter were captured, and the planet's fighter development center was destroyed.
