The Alpha Hyena is a beast/wolf-type enemy and a stronger version of the Hyena in the game Final Fantasy XII. It is located on the Giza Plains during the Dry. Alpha Hyenas have elevated stats and appear larger compared to regular Hyenas. It is also fought in the International Zodiac Job System Trial Mode at stage 2 along with Thextera and Alpha Wolf.
