These users are listed at Special:ListUsers/rollback. 2. * If a user wants access to the rollback tool, he or she can ask an active bureaucrat. The administrator information page may indicate which bureaucrat is best to approach for this. 3. * Rollback is intended to revert vandalism only. Abuse of this right should be discussed on the Admin noticeboard. 4. * Users that are determined to have abused rollback may need a formal approval process to receive rollback access again. 5. * The rollback group also has the ability to rename images without reuploading them; File: pages show a tab that allows this.
