Rock Flanagan P.I. was a down-on-his-luck private investigator in Rapture who lived in Pauper's Drop. Before the Rapture Civil War, he made his money by tracking spouses in marital disputes. However, once the conflict increased, he was unable to find work and was forced to sell his Research Camera to King Pawn. What is presumed to be his corpse can be found at the bottom of a staircase near his office in The Hamilton.
