Start the quest by talking to Chan. Chan wants to study the vicious Blood Wolf, which has recently been attacking people in Central Valley. By collecting 10 Blood Wolf's Leather and some Blood Wolf Pack Leader's Blood, Chan will be able to complete his studies as the blood carries the essence of the Blood Wolf's soul and strength. Head out the south gate and continue south along the path past the Toads, Bears, and Wolves. You will come to a fork in the road in the middle of a patch of Blood Wolves and Black Bears. Kill Blood Wolves until you gather 10 Blood Wolf's Leather. Now head to coordinates (-740, -1172). You will need to hunt around to find the Blood Wolf Pack Leader, as pictured at right.
