KDLD-TV is a DirecTV-affiliated television station that serves the Pine Bluff and Little Rock, Arkansas market which begins broadcasting in 1950 by Nancy Smith as KVJB-TV until 1969. It broadcasts commercial-free on channel 15 and is owned by Fortner Digital Media Properties, it offers DirecTV satellite programming and local programming produced for the station. Originally KDLD-TV was a independent station (branded as 15 Country from 1990 to 1994 and Local 15 from 1995 to 2005) until 1994 when KDLD becomes affiliated with DirecTV and again until 2005 when KDLD rejoins DirecTV.
