OSI Scientist Billy Cole has a passion for rodeo. Refusing to give up his dangerous hobby, Jaime Sommers is assigned to keep him safe. They survive a kidnapping attempt and become close. Oscar Goldman then reassigns Billy from Washington to Colorado Springs to be closer to Max, the Bionic dog, the outdoors and the things he loves. Jaime and Billy decide to visit one another.
