The instructor cadet lanyard is awarded to an individual for attending the Method of Instruction Course and being able to deliver a lesson in a training environment, of which he is assessed by a representative from their wing. Previous to this they must have completed all classification which are First Class, Leading, Senior and Master Air Cadet.
