Stefan Themond is a Breton who "falls from the sky" at the end of the quest Legacy of Baelborne Rock. He turns out to be the son of Claudie Themond, deceased who haunts the Baelborne Rock. He is thankful the curse has been broken and will thank the Vestige properly next time they meet.
