The Boom Machine is a machine that dispenses grenades. The grenades can be picked up by Abe and used to destroy environmental hazards or enemies. In Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee and Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus the Boom Machine dispenses a single grenade at a time, requiring Abe to return to the machine every time a new grenade is needed. In Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty the Boom Machine dispenses multiple grenades at once, depending on the set difficulty level. Abe gets 5 grenades on easy difficulty, 3 on normal and 1 on hard.
