The DSP (changed its name from SDP in 1952) advocates control of corporate power, big welfare, corporate taxes, foreign aid, political freedoms, and lowering of military spending as well as secularism. It is very ideological and is based in the lower-middle and lower classes. It is currently cooperating with the CPMCI, the IFUP and the SCA. The RNF advocates the combining of Church (Orthodox) and State, economic liberalism, and the restriction of personal freedoms. It is supported by the upper-middle and upper classes. It corporates with the IP.
