Draco D. Lars ( ドラコD.ラース, Dorako D. Rāsu) is one of the leader of the Black Eagles corp. Once a renowned mercenary whose leadership is respected and well thought of. His victories against his enemies during his time as a Mercenary won him a lot of money. But the death of his men at the hands of Blackbeard's crew forced him to go to the World Government and have a chance at killing Blackbeard. He is a gifted strategist and a gifted swordsman.
