Vandora is a female vampire that was the main antagonist to the film Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: N-cha!! Trembling Heart of the Summer. She ran a ghost hotel with a bunch of her monster underlings and captured all of the guests in order to suck their blood. Wanting to start with Arale, she took a bite from her, but her fangs broke since she did not know Arale was an android. When she was defeated, she was shown to reform and seen dancing happily with the other monsters and the guests from Penguin Village.
