Talk pages should only be used to discuss possible changes to an article, if, for example, that article is on the subject of a micronation, and you wish to conduct diplomacy, you should do so on the author's message wall (or preferably via another means of communication) and not on the artice's talk page. When using a talk page, you should be civil and show each user respect, do not personally attack a user who you feel is incorrect on the article's subject.
