Kain Services is owned and led by Dac Kain. Unlike other Non Faction Groups, Kain Services has a council style system used to make many decisions that will affect the group. The council is comprised of three people: the leader Dac Kain, the second-in-command Volk Naasta`rono, and the third-in-command Mike Que-Kara.
