Goreshovel is a normal unique Broad Axe from Diablo II. Although its damage is not as high as certain other weapons, Goreshovel has a very high probability of causing Open Wounds, which also gets stronger with higher character levels. Although probably not useful past mid-game in Normal difficulty, it is still a formidable weapon. Another impressive feature is the massive strength bonus it adds.
