This spell (incantation unknown) was used by the either the Girl who played Asha or the Girl who played Amata during the Hogwarts Pantomime reenactment of The Fountain of Fair Fortune, on Professor Herbert Beery by accident, which caused his head to grow disproportionate to the rest of his body. This also may have been the spell Sirius Black and James Potter used on a student, earning them a detention. Due to the description, this hex may be hard to undo, as the full effects did not wear off from Professor Beery's head for several months. It may be related to the spell Engorgio Skullus as its main use is to enlarge one's skull.
