Health Gems (ヘルスジェム, Herusujemu) are items in Killer Is Dead. Mondo Zappa can obtain them by performing 'slaughter' kills on Wires. Collecting enough Health Gems will increase Mondo's health. Health Gems bear a resemblance to the various gems featured in Shadows of the DAMNED.
