The Thin Blue Line was a holofilm produced on Beta Colony about the Escobar War that painted the Barrayaran Imperium and Crown Prince Serg Vorbarra in a strongly negative light, and portrayed the Escobarans and Betans as good guys. It treated Cordelia Naismith Vorkosigan as a heroic soldier before she married Aral Vorkosigan. Elena Bothari-Jesek claimed that it would have been banned on Barrayar and within the Barrayaran Imperium.
