This treaty is between the Multicolored Cross-X Alliance (MCXA) and The Order of Halsa (TOH) with the intention of further ensuring the safety, security and prosperity of the members of each alliance. It will also serve as a symbol of the friendship and loyalty between the two signatory alliances.
