Myles de Selby was an occultist investigating the God-Machine in Skerries, Ireland early in the 20th century. William Dear could not recall when de Selby moved to Skerries, exactly. He resided in a decaying mansion on the outskirts of town, when he was not searching the countryside for Infrastructure. He possessed a screwdriver-like device which afforded him access to a particular facility, from which he stole a number of devices for study.
