He is a bounty hunter. He's got no real loyalty to Megatron, but the Decepticons always pay better than the Elite Guard and allow him access to the systems upgrades he craves. Besides, he's such a nasty piece of work that it's just easier for him to be a 'Con. He was voiced by famed film actor, Lance Henriksen.
