The Preserved machine lists are a series of editable tables that are transcluded into manufacturers pages for steam vehicles and into the individual model pages for Tractors and Commercial vehicles and Construction plant (in most cases). These tables contain basic info about each known machine and link to (or can) pages with more detailed info on each individual machine. These tables form an important part of the linking of Tractor & Construction Plant Wiki articles and are Index articles. The lists are editable tables and are separate from the articles for several reasons.
