Fusshte was a scrutator and a member of the Council of Scrutators; second only to Chief Scrutator Ghorr. Fusshte was a bitter enemy of Xervish Flydd. When Ghorr was killed during the attack on Fiz Gorgo, Fusshte took control of the remnants of the Council. However, Fusshte's stint as chief was short-lived, as Flydd and his allies staged an attack on Nennifer, which resulted in Fusshte's death and the creation of a new Council of Scrutators.
