Peter Alexander (born 15th October 1952) appeared in three roles in Coronation Street: * A Car Salesman who took Fred Gee for a test drive in February 1982. * Car park owner Bill Dixon in June 1993. * Colin Lavender, the Mayor of Weatherfield, in May 2012. He has also appeared in Minder, EastEnders, several parts in Heartbeat, Doctors and irregular roles in Emmerdale and The Bill. On stage he has appeared in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
