Yokeru also known as "The Glutton, Yokeru", is a former Admiral from the Grand Line, where he was born and raised on an unknown island. He, with his assistant, Chishiki, travel the Grand Line assassinating people upon their clients' request. Originally, as an Admiral, Yokeru was a renowned Marine, being praised heavily by the World Government and the Marines themselves. He gave up his Admiral position and defected the Marines and World Government simply because he got bored of that lifestyle.
