The Toul'eh is a powerful ranging device that was invented by the Island nymphs of the West and is used sometimes in the Imperial Army of Carydwyn. It is the second weapon in RuneScape to be seen using the source of gunpowder following the hand cannon, which was invented by the dwarves. Toul'ehs are a bit faster when firing and does significantly more damage, but takes quite a while to reload and clean, nearly about 5 seconds. Unlike hand cannons, the gunpowder can be loaded inside of the Toul'eh, saving the ammunition spot. It also never degrades, but if used at a lower ranged level, it can blow up and deal up to 2200 life points of damage. Depending on your Ranged level (starting at 45), it will decrease the chance at breaking by 10%. At 120 Ranged, it never blows up.
