Xavier Alvaro is a pre-made unplayable adult townie Sim introduced in Isla Paradiso from The Sims 3: Island Paradise. He can be made playable by marrying him, or asking him to move in. Xavier has mastered the charisma skill and has seven points in the scuba diving skill. He also has six points in the consignment hidden skill and three points in the collecting hidden skill.
