Pheirkas is a male dwarf. He has a house in Baldur's Gate Northwest. His house can be found northwest of Degrodel's house. He will give the party a side quest to steal the cloak of Algernon in Feldepost's Inn, and not killing him in the process and reward you with 300 xp and 200 gold for doing so. NOTE: after completing his quest you can safely kill him and get the cloak back without any reputation loss! He appears in Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition.
