Jackie tests Kelso to see if he's cleaned up his act enough for them to get back together. Kitty and Red are upset to learn that the Pinciottis are throwing a party and they're not invited. Meanwhile, Fez gets spray painted by students from a neighboring school district and Eric and Hyde take him to get his revenge by spray painting the other school's locker room. However, they get locked in by the janitor until a surprise finally opens the door.
