Children of Destiny is the name of a Tholian extremist political group. They believed the Tholian Assembly had become corrupt, and so they planned to take stage a coup d'état to take control. When the Tholian Assembly banned all ships from entering the star desert around rogue planetoid Anaura, the Children of Destiny considered themselves exempt. (PIO: "On a Knife Edge")
